Though the season is still young, members of the Skyhawks Men’s Basketball team have their work cut out for them. Sitting in 5th place in the North East Division of the Northeast-10 Conference, the Skyhawks hold a record of 2-3 in conference and 3-5 overall. Comparatively, last season through 8 games, the Skyhawks had a 4-4 record, though 2-3 in the NE-10. Even with the loss of standout senior captains Ryan Logan and Jim Walsh, who both graduated in 2017, the Skyhawks seem to be keeping the pace with last year’s team. Filling in in Logan’s absence has been sophomore forward Will Moreton, from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Logan, who averaged almost 18 points per game, was the Skyhawks leading scorer and an all conference selection his final 3 years at Stonehill.
